Step 1: The Issue
In this step, student will investigate multiple different issues that plague our world. By the end of this step they will have a concrete idea of the issue they will focus on for the semester.

Step 2: persuasive Letter
In this step, students will construct a claim, collect evidence to support their claim and construct a persuasive letter to someone in a political position that convinces them to support their position.
