You will be constructing a PSA that will inform your peers of a global issue that impacts a particular part of the world.
While you have the choice on how to present this PSA, you will need to first learn about PSA's through analysis and practice.

Proposal
STEP 5: Development
Follow the steps below to develop your PSA
1. Complete a rough draft of your PSA (printed, visual or audio) Audio: Construct a transcript rough draft including what people will say, sounds used, music, etc. Use provided worksheet to complete Visual: Use the storyboard handout to create a scene by scene layout of your visual including any dialogue, printed text or info provided. Print: Create a rough visual of your printed PSA. Where will info be, what graphics will be used, colors, etc. 2. Begin work on your final AFTER Ms. Torre has seen your rough draft. 3. Use the "Presentation Checklist" sheet to construct your presentation. |
Step 6: Practice Presentation
Follow the steps below to develop your PSA
1. Practice makes perfect! - find a partner or another group to practice your presentation for. 2. Use the feedback form to give the other group some constructive feedback on their presentation. 3. Use the feedback form from the other group to revise your presentation. |
